General Terms

We are [Petite Triage, UEN 202325384G] trading as [www.petitetriage.com] ("Petite Triage").

In these terms of service ("Terms"), the words "we", "our" and "us" refers to Petite Triage and "Platform" means collectively Petite Triage's websites, webpages, social media pages and accounts and/or applications which we may manage, own or operate from time to time, each of which shall be described as a "Platform", including all content, information, applications, programmes, images/graphics, links, sounds, videos and materials, which may be displayed on such Platform, and the functions or services provided therein.

By accessing and using our Platform and/or placing an order with Petite Triage, you confirm that you are in agreement with and legally bound by these Terms and our Petite Triage Privacy Policy as modified from time to time. Please continue accessing our Platform only if these Terms are acceptable to you. These terms apply to our Platform and any email or other type of communication between you and Petite Triage, as well as our services accessible from and on such Platform ("Services") and any products purchased through our Platform ("Products").


Services

Petite Triage may offer various childcare education and first aid Services on the Platform, including the provision of private and group first aid and triage sessions and workshops. Petite Triage shall use its best efforts to perform the Services in accordance with these Terms and any contract to be entered into between you and Petite Triage with respect to such Services ("Service Agreement"). You agree that you shall in a timely manner provide Petite Triage with all requirements, details, material, information and documentation required by us for the provision of Services hereunder. Petite Triage shall rely thereon, and you represent and warrant, and shall be liable to Petite Triage for the accuracy, correctness, delivery, completeness and reliability of such specifications and requirements. Petite Triage shall not be liable to you for any delays or inadequacies in the provision of the Services in the event that you do not provide the requisite requirements, details, material, information and documentation in a timely manner.

Refunds and Exchanges

In respect of any Services provided, your Service Agreement with Petite Triage will set out the applicable payment, refunds and cancellations policies.

In respect of any Products purchased through our Platform, such Products are not eligible for exchange and are strictly non-refundable. Any refunds or exchanges in the event of defect or damage shall be subject to Petite Triage's review on a case-by-case basis, at its sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights and copyrights in the content and information displayed on our Platform and in our Products ("Content") including all features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio and the design, selection and arrangement thereof) belong to Petite Triage or its licensors, as the case may be. All such rights are reserved by Petite Triage and its licensors, as the case may be. Petite Triage grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use our Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will procure that others do not:

  • Reproduce, republish, upload, post, copy, imitate, store, archive, license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit our Platform and/or Content or make our Platform and/or Content available to any third party.

  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of our Platform and/or Content. The downloading of any software, including any files, images and data accompanying such software from our Platform by you does not in any way transfer title of such software to you.

  • Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Petite Triage or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of our Platform.

  • Do any act that will or may interfere with our Platform's accessibility and/or proper functioning, or that will or may place an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Petite Triage's or its licensors’ servers.

If you print, copy or download any part of our Platform and/or Content in breach of these Terms, your right to use our Platform will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

Third Party Content and Services

Third party content (including data, information, applications and other products and services), including information provided by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council, may appear on our Platform or may be accessible via links from our Platform. Petite Triage shall not be responsible and assumes no liability for any infringement, mistakes, misstatements of law, defamation, libel, slander, omissions, falsehoods or profanities in the statements, opinions, representations or any other form of content contained in any third party content appearing on our Platform, including with respect to its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect. Petite Triage does not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any such third party content.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Petite Triage, its directors, management, employees, agents and affiliates harmless from any third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs, including but not limited to legal fees, due to or arising out of: (a) content you submit, post, transmit or make available through our Platform; (b) your use of or connection to our Platform and/or Content; (c) your breach of these Terms; (d) your violation of any rights of another; or (e) your use of any Content, Service or Product provided to you in violation of limitations or restrictions as are disclosed to you in advance.

Links to Other Websites

These Terms only apply to the use of our Platform, Content, Services and Products. The Platform may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by Petite Triage. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed in such websites, and such websites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. Access to any other website is at your own risk and Petite Triage relinquishes all responsibility and liability for the use of these linked websites. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Platform to another website, these Terms are no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those that have a link on our Platform, is subject to that website’s own rules and policies. Such third parties may use their own cookies or other methods to collect information about you.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is legal and not likely to damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

We reserve the right to object, disable or withdraw any link or frame to or from our Platform without notice.

Access to our Platform and Services

Petite Triage reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Platform, Content or any Services/Products to which it connects, with or without notice. You acknowledge and agree that if we disable access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Platform, Content, Services and/or Products, your account details or any files or other materials which is contained in your account.

Petite Triage will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the right to change prices, scope and/or contents of our Services and/or Products and our resources usage policy at any time without prior notice. The accessibility and operation of our Platform relies on platforms and technologies outside of our control. We are not able to guarantee continuous accessibility or uninterrupted operation of our Platform.

Updates to our Platform

Petite Triage may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of our Platform, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications ("Updates"). Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of our Platform. You agree that Petite Triage has no obligation to: (a) provide any Updates; or (b) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of our Platform to you.

You further agree that all Updates will be: (a) deemed to constitute an integral part of our Platform; and (b) subject to these Terms.

Term and Termination

Subject to any Service Agreement entered into with you, Petite Triage may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate these Terms and the provision of our Services and/or Products with or without prior notice. Subject to any Service Agreement entered into with you, Petite Triage may also suspend or terminate these Terms and the provision of our Services and/or Products at any time without prior notice where you fail to comply with any Term herein. Notwithstanding any such suspension or termination, you remain liable for any outstanding amounts incurred by you.

Upon termination of these Terms and the provision of our Services and/or Products, you shall cease all use of our Platform and/or Content.

Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of Petite Triage 's rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you of any of your obligations under these Terms.

No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we do not warrant or make any representations that the Platform and our Content is the appropriate channel of consultation for your healthcare or first aid problem, or meets your specific requirements. Any Content provided is for informational purposes only and does not replace the relationship between patient and healthcare provider and is not intended to be a substitute for professional and/or personalised medical advice, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified medical professional. Petite Triage disclaims any responsibility for any use of the Platform and our Content for the provision of any emergency services or where diagnosis or treatment-in-person by a qualified medical professional is required. You should always seek the advice of a qualified medical professional with any questions or concerns you may have about a medical condition and consult a qualified medical professional immediately if the medical condition in question is not minor or cannot be diagnosed or treated without a physical consultation, or otherwise falls within the following description of conditions, including but not limited to: (i) urgent care or emergency conditions; (ii) serious conditions (e.g. breathlessness, severe/persistent pains, cardiac arrest); (iii) chronic conditions which have not been previously diagnosed by a doctor; and (iv) any condition requiring further investigations by a qualified medical professional.

Petite Triage disclaims any responsibility for any Content made available or accessed on or through our Platform or any decision made by you based on any such Content. Some Content may be based upon information provided by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council and/or other third parties. As mentioned above, Petite Triage does not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any such third party content.

Petite Triage does not endorse or recommend any specific tests, physicians, products, procedures, opinions or other information that may be mentioned on our Platform and/or Content and our Platform and/or Content is not intended as a tool for verifying the credentials, qualifications or abilities of any professional alluded thereto.

You hereby acknowledge that Petite Triage does not provide accredited courses, which enables us to provide our Services with maximum flexibility, shorter course duration and lower cost.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Petite Triage disclaims any responsibility in respect of any personal injury or other loss or damage incurred or suffered by you or any person arising from or as a consequence of any use of the Platform, our Content, our Products and/or Services.

Our Platform is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Petite Triage, on its own behalf and on behalf of our affiliates and our and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to our Platform and Information, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, accuracy or availability and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, Petite Triage provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation or guarantee of any kind that our Platform will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, systems, browsers or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither Petite Triage nor any of our providers makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (a) as to the operation or availability of our Platform, or the information, Content, and materials or products included thereon; (b) that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (c) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or Content provided through our Platform; or (d) that our Platform, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of Petite Triage are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances (including but not limited to negligence) shall Petite Triage or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for personal injury, loss of profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use our Platform, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with our Platform, or otherwise in connection with any of these Terms), even if reasonably foreseeable or if Petite Triage has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses.

You shall be solely responsible and liable, irrespective of the legal basis for a claim, for the use of the Content, Products and/or Services hereunder, and all activities conducted around, through and in connection therewith by you, the end users and any other third parties (even if such activities were to occur without your permission).

In no event shall Petite Triage's liability to you with respect to a certain Service or Product exceed the fees or prices paid by you to Petite Triage with respect thereto.

Illegality

The illegality, invalidity or unenforceability of any Term hereunder under the law of any jurisdiction shall not affect its legality, validity or enforceability under the law of any other jurisdiction nor the legality, validity or enforceability of any other Term hereunder.

Waiver

No failure on the part of either of us to exercise, and no delay on its part in exercising, any right or remedy under these Services will operate as a waiver thereof, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy. The rights provided in these Terms are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law. Either of us may release or compromise the liability hereunder of the other party or grant to such party time or other indulgence without affecting the liability of such party hereunder.

Entire Agreement

Save where you have entered into a separate Service Agreement with Petite Triage, these Terms and the documents referred to in it (including the Petite Triage Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Petite Triage regarding your use of our Platform and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements, offers and negotiations between you. Petite Triage and you have not agreed to these Terms in reliance upon any representation, warranty or undertaking of the other Parties which is not set out or referred to in these Terms, save that you may be subject to additional terms and conditions that apply when you use or purchase certain/additional Services, whether in a separate Service Agreement or otherwise.

Updates to Our Terms

These Terms may be edited, modified or deleted from time to time at our sole discretion, without notifying you. Where a revision is considered in our sole discretion to be material, we may provide at least 30 days' notice prior to such revision taking effect. Updated versions of the Terms will be posted on our Platform and are effective immediately. Your continued use of and access to our Platform after any modifications to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the same, as modified.

Confidentiality

All information or materials provided to or disclosed to the other party (or by a third party on their behalf) by Petite Triage and all information that either of us and those working for us or on our behalf had access to, been entrusted with and/or become acquainted with under these Terms, which are not the subject of general public knowledge, shall be deemed to be confidential information ("Confidential Information"). Each of us shall only use the other party's Confidential Information for the purposes of the provision and acceptance of Services and Products under these Terms, and for no other purpose. Each of us shall take steps to prevent, protect and avoid unauthorised disclosure, use and reproduction of the other party's Confidential Information. Each of us shall not, during or after the term of the provision of Services, disclose or use any such Confidential Information of the other party without first obtaining the other party’s written authorisation. Each of us shall, at the other party’s request, require those engaged by either of us to sign confidentiality agreements, in which such persons agree not to use or disclose the other party’s Confidential Information.

These Terms impose no obligations with respect to information which: (a) was in either party's possession before receipt from the disclosing party; (b) is or becomes a matter of public knowledge through no fault of the receiving party; (c) was rightfully disclosed to the receiving party by a third party without restriction on disclosure; or (d) is developed by the receiving party without use of the Confidential Information as can be shown by documentary evidence. The receiving party may make disclosures to the extent required by applicable law, government authorities or court order provided the receiving party makes commercially reasonable efforts to provide the disclosing party with notice of such disclosure as promptly as possible and uses diligent efforts to limit such disclosure and obtain confidential treatment or a protective order and has allowed the disclosing party to participate in the proceeding.

Governing Law

The access and use of our Platform and its Content, and the Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

In the event a dispute or difference arises  between you and us as to any matter of whatsoever nature arising under these Terms or in connection therewith, you or us must give the other party a Notice of Dispute, which is a written statement that sets forth the name, address, and contact information of the party giving it, the facts giving rise to the dispute, and the relief requested. You must send any Notice of Dispute via email to: katie@petitetriage.com. We will send any Notice of Dispute to you by mail to your email address. You and Petite Triage will attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days from the date such Notice of Dispute is sent. After sixty (60) days, you or Petite Triage may commence arbitration and such dispute or difference shall be submitted to a single arbitrator to be appointed by you and us or, failing agreement in writing within 14 business days after either of us has given to the other party a written request to concur in the appointment of an arbitrator, a single arbitrator to be appointed on the request of either you or us by the President of the Court of Arbitration of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being. Such submission shall be a submission to arbitration in accordance with the SIAC Arbitration Rules in force as at the date of this Agreement, including such additions, amendments or modifications as are therein contained by which you or us agree to be bound. The place of arbitration shall be Singapore and the arbitration shall be conducted wholly in the English language.

Miscellaneous

Petite Triage operates our Platform and Services from our offices in Singapore. Our Platform, Services and/or Products are not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to applicable law or regulation. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access our Platform, Services and/or Products from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

We collect Personal Data from you when:

In addition to and without prejudice to the Purposes, we may, in the legitimate interest of Petite Triage, use and/or disclose any Personal Data about you or your use of our Platform without your prior permission if we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) protect and defend the rights, property or safety of us or our partners, employees, affiliates, other users of the site or the public; (ii) enforce our Terms of Service; or (iii) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties or is otherwise unlawful.

Please note that if you withdraw your consent for us to use and process your Personal Data the Purposes, we may no longer be able to provide you with the related benefits associated with such Purposes.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

We will not sell, exchange or otherise distribute your Personal Data without your consent, except to the extent required by applicable law, in accordance with your instructions, or as identified in this Policy. In relation to our use of your Personal Data for the Purposes, we may disclose your Personal Data to our:

  1. overseas offices. We may share or transfer your Personal Data within the organisation as required, subject to the local applicable data protection laws;

  2. payment processors, who process your payment on our Platform;

  3. professional advisers and consultants such as our auditors and lawyers;

  4. agents, contractors, affiliates or service providers who provide operational services to us, such as online cloud storage and processing, marketing optimisation, information technology, telecommunications, security or other relevant services which requires their collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Data. Such partners and service providers shall be responsible for the information in their possession and that information will be subject to any privacy policies that such partners or third parties may have in place. In the event of a merger, acquisition, takeover, bankruptcy, liquidation, transfer of the business or assets of Petite Triage, we may disclose, share or transfer your information to the prospective acquiror and/or other relevant third parties. We will make sure that any such transfer is done in a secure way. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquiror of us or any of our assets may continue to use your Personal Data as set forth in this Policy; and

  6. any other party whom you authorise us to disclose your Personal Data to.

We may also disclose your Personal Data: (a) for other purposes which are reasonably related to the Purposes; or (b) in circumstances where such disclosure does not require consent under applicable laws.

We do our best to minimise the disclosure of your Personal Data to the information necessary to perform the related Purpose. We will also require that such organisations or persons to whom such disclosure is made as service providers to us acknowledge the confidentiality of such Personal Data, undertake to respect any individual's right to privacy and comply with applicable laws.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will retain your information only for so long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, i.e. for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Services to you. In addition, we will also retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, e.g. for record retention purposes as required by applicable laws, to resolve disputes or to enforce our agreements.

You may close your account if you no longer want us to use your Personal Data to provide the Services. Please note that we may continue to retain log files for internal record, analysis and regulatory purposes even after you close your account.

YOUR RIGHTS OVER YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You have several rights under applicable laws, including, under certain circumstances to request:

  • access to your correction of your Personal Data. Please see below for more information;

  • erasure of your Personal Data. You have the right to request deletion of your Personal Data we have in our possession, subject to other record retention obligations we may have;

  • restriction of processing of your Personal Data;

  • the transfer of your Personal Data. In some circumstances, you may request that the information which you have provided to us is provided to you, so you can transfer it to another data controller;

  • object to processing of your Personal Data. You have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data which is processed on the grounds of legitimate interest;

  • human intervention for automated decision making. In the event of any automated decision making about you based on your Personal Data, you may request human intervention in the decision making. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not use any automated decision making.

ACCESSING OR CORRECTING PERSONAL DATA

If you would like assistance in accessing and/or correcting your Personal Data, you may request to access and correct such Personal Data by submitting a written request to us by emailing our Data Protection Officer at [katie@petitetriage.com]. We may need to request additional information from you to confirm your identity before providing the access or making the correction.

We will do our best to respond to Personal Data access and correction requests within 30 days. Where we are unable to meet this timeline, we will update you with the soonest possible time within which we can provide the information or make the correction.

We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for retrieving your Personal Data records and/or handling and processing your Personal Data access request, to the extent permitted by applicable laws. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your request.

We will take steps to send your corrected Personal Data to every other person or entity to which such Personal Data was disclosed by Petite Triage within the year after the date of the correction, unless such person or entity does not need the corrected Personal Data for any legal or business purpose.

REQUEST TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

If you wish to withdraw your consent for us to send you sales, marketing or promotional information, please email our Data Protection Officer at [katie@petitetriage.com].

Once we receive notification of your intention to withdraw your consent, it may take up to 30 days for your withdrawal to be reflected in our systems. During this interim period, you may still receive marketing or promotional materials or communications.

You may withdraw your consent for the collection, use and/or disclosure of any of your Personal Data in our possession or under our control by submitting a written request via email to our Data Protection Officer at [katie@petitetriage.com]. Depending on the nature of the consent withdrawal, we may not be able to continue to provide you with the related benefits associated with the Purposes. We will process such a request within a reasonable time from the date we receive notice from you of your withdrawal of consent. Once processing is complete, we will no longer collect, use and/or disclose your Personal Data, except to the extent we retain your Personal Data for compliance, regulatory or other legal purposes.

ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure Personal Data likely to be used by us or disclosed by us to another organisation is accurate and complete. However, you should update us of any changes in your Personal Data. We will not be responsible for relying on inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data if you have not updated us of changes.

We will also put in place reasonable security arrangements to ensure that your Personal Data is adequately protected and secured. This includes putting in place reasonable measures to prevent any unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, leakage, loss, damage or alteration of your Personal Data, such as restricting access to Personal Data to individuals who require access, maintaining technology products to prevent unauthorised computer access and using 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology when processing your financial details. We will require any third party who is contracted to process your Personal Data on our behalf to have security measures in place to protect your Personal Data and to treat such Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws. However, we will not be responsible for any unauthorised use of Personal Data by third parties which is attributable to factors beyond our control.

When Personal Data in our possession is: (a) no longer required for any reason connected to the purpose it was originally collected; or (b) retention by us is no longer necessary for any other legal or business purposes, we will exercise measures to ensure such Personal Data is either destroyed or anonymised.

CHILDREN

Our Platform, Products and/or Services are directed towards and designed for use by persons aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect, maintain or use Personal Data from children under 16 years of age. We protect the Personal Data of children along with the necessary parental consent in the same manner as we protect the Personal Data of adults.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your Personal Data may be stored in external servers located overseas. In addition, in carrying out our business, it may be necessary to share information about you with and between our related corporations and affiliates, and third party service providers, some of which may be located in countries outside your country of residence. Such countries may not afford a standard of protection similar to those in your country of residence. However, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Data transmitted outside of your country of residence is adequately protected. In addition, we will ensure that such transfers comply with the requirements of the applicable data protection laws.

THIRD PARTY COOKIES

Petite Triage or its authorised service providers may implement cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies for storing data on our Platform. When you visit our Platform through any device with internet connectivity, our computer servers will automatically record data including your IP address, browser type, webpage you were visiting before you came to our Platform, the pages within our Platform which you visit, and the time spent on those pages, items and data searched for on our Platform and other statistics.

You may manage and/or reject cookies through the settings on your browser or device. Note that this may result in the loss of Platform functionality, restrict your use of our Platform, or delay or affect the way in which our Platform operates.

RIGHT TO DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT PETITE TRIAGE HAS THE RIGHT TO DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO ANY LEGAL, REGULATORY, GOVERNMENTAL, TAX, LAW ENFORCEMENT OR OTHER AUTHORITIES OR THE RELEVANT RIGHT OWNERS, IF PETITE TRIAGE HAS REASONABLE GROUNDS TO BELIEVE THAT DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS NECESSARY FOR THE PURPOSE OF MEETING ANY OBLIGATIONS, REQUIREMENTS OR ARRANGEMENTS, WHETHER VOLUNTARY OR MANDATORY, AS A RESULT OF COOPERATING WITH AN ORDER, AN INVESTIGATION AND/OR A REQUEST OF ANY NATURE BY SUCH PARTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE NOT TO TAKE ANY ACTION AND/OR WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS TO TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST PETITE TRIAGE FOR THE DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.

GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
